She wears a loose-fitting, sleeveless, floor-length gown resembling a kimono that is embellished with appliquéd floral designs. It has wide, full sleeves the undersides of which would touch the floor if Emma Abbott’s arms were lowered. Her hair is gathered on her head in a soft style.
